Covering Virtual Number Indemnity

Due to the nature of provisioning large amounts of virtual numbers, we do not take responsibility for loss of business or income you may suffer due to downtime in our virtual number system, technical issues, system maintenance or billing related issues.

All virtual numbers are purchase and registered to Blackfire Digital LTD and provided to you on a per-usage basis, you do not own the virtual number.

We will provide the virtual number for your exclusive usage for as long as your account remains in a positive balance.

In the event that your account defaults the virtual number will be released from your account and returned to the pool where other customers may then rent it.

All system maintenance that may affect the availability of your virtual number will be completed outside of business hours during the lowest average peak of your call usage.
